Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We process orders within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking code once the order has been dispatched.

Free shipping on orders over €30. Below this amount, a shipping fee calculated at checkout will apply.

Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the product, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect products
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
