Shipping
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country. You'll receive a tracking code as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping to Portugal and all European Union countries, on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the product, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, returns of skincare or personal-use products whose seal has been broken are not accepted, except in the case of a defect.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or incorrect products
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48h of receipt, with photos, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
